My services are the most effective & harvest the maximum value & efficiency when delivered in a three stage process;​​​

  • Stage 1: Feasibility Report

The Feasibility Report stage of any project is critical to project success & should always be undertaken prior to the commencement of or expenditure on any proposed project in order to truly understand the market costs of the resources & materials required to deliver your project, exactly what your project will entail (including how long it will take) & finally, the Feasibility Report will conclude the initial return on investment of your build & ultimate feasibility.

Deliverables during Stage 1: 1). A fully detailed Build Cost for your project with a full Bill of Quantities, 2). A fully detailed Construction Programme with all required Resources identified and 3). A Return on Investment conclusion specific to your project.​

  • Stage 2: Packaged Procurement 

The Packaged Procurement stage entails taking the robust Stage 1: Feasibility Report into the local construction market, where all packages will be procured & appointed on your behalf, with fixed costs & an agreed construction programme for all elements of works required to successfully deliver your project.

Deliverables during Stage 2: 1). An initial Planning & Design Consultation 2). A fully Agreed Build Cost with procured packages at fixed costs 3). A fully agreed Construction Programme with appointed resources.​

 

  • Stage 3: Complete Project Management

The Complete Project Management stage is the total management of the design, planning & construction of your project. From initial consultation to successful project completion, & is inclusive of Stage 1: Feasibility Report and stage 2: Packaged Procurement. The Build Cost, Construction Programme and the day to day Project Management of your project will become my sole responsibility during this stage.

Deliverables during Stage 3: 1). Complete Stage 1: Feasibility Report 2). Complete Stage 2: Packaged Procurement 3). Complete Project Management of your project from stage 1 through to successful project completion.
